Eligibility for Returns

  • Digital products (courses & e-books) are eligible only if they have not been accessed, downloaded, or viewed beyond 10% of the content.

  • Digital products with downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed.

  • Technical access issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

  • Physical products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Packaging Requirements

  • All original items, including manuals, warranty cards, invoices, and accessories, must be included.

  • Products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

  • Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Important Instructions

  • Clearly mention your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package.

  • Contact Customer Support for assistance with the return process.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be credited to the SmartLoop Wallet.

  • Vouchers, if issued, will be emailed to the registered address and can be redeemed once.

  • Ensure accurate and active IBAN details for bank transfers.

  • If a refund is delayed, please contact your respective payment service provider.
