Digital products (courses & e-books) are eligible only if they have not been accessed, downloaded, or viewed beyond 10% of the content.
Digital products with downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed.
Technical access issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
Physical products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Packaging Requirements
All original items, including manuals, warranty cards, invoices, and accessories, must be included.
Products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Clearly mention your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package.
